What is the term of the ZMED Clinic franchise agreement?
The term of the ZMED Clinic franchise agreement is 10 years, renewable for two additional 5 year terms.
Will I have an exclusive territory?
Yes. Your exclusive territory will be a radius of five miles or a population of 40,000 people, whichever is the lesser between clinics.
What form of continuing guidance will I receive?
As a ZMED Clinic franchisee, you will receive guidance and help with quality control, customer service, as well as, answers to any questions you may have. You will also receive a copy of the ZMED Clinic’s confidential operations manual, which covers the entire operations of the business in detail.
How much training is provided?
You and up to three managing partners will participate in an initial training session lasting for a duration of up to a 8 days. It will be split between classroom training and on-the-job training. There is no additional cost for this training. You are responsible for your own travel expenses.
What about advertising?
Building the brand and the reputation of ZMED Clinic is a crucial element for the success of your store. You will be required to spend a minimum initial amount on grand opening advertising. You will contribute to a national marketing campaign at a rate of 2% of your gross revenue. In addition you must also spend an amount equal to at least 3% of your gross revenue each month on local advertising.
How much is the fee for continuing support services?
There is an ongoing royalty fee that is equal to 6% of the monthly gross revenues that are derived from your sales at your clinic. This fee gives you the right to continue the use of ZMEDClinic name and trademarks, have access to the operating manual updates, receive continuous marketing assistance, and receive other benefits such as low product costs.
How much does franchise cost?
The estimated total investment for each ZMED Clinic ranges between $105,250 and $347,400. This includes the initial franchise fee. The franchise fee will help cover the cost of the initial training, opening assistance, the operations manual, and other support and franchise development services.
What type of franchise is available?
ZMED Clinic is offering single location franchises for the operation of a single ZMED Clinic, and Area Developer agreements for the development and operation of multiple locations within an exclusive territory.
