The service was excellent. Natalie picked up the phone even after 5pm for me to make an appointment and promptly attended to what was required. Very professional. Very quick turn around time of the blood tests where they became available in 24 hours. Highly recommend this clinic; staff were friendly and very helpful.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Betiana for several months. She’s helped me so much through regulating my hormones and all the symptoms that go along with. The establishment is very professional. From the moment I walk in the door I feel like a part of the Zmed family. Melody and Jacqueline are amazing, They actually care about my well being. 5+ stars. Been to this clinic a few times now and its always been a great experience. After a recent appointment I was needing some consultation and Melody was superb ! Had an awesome experience at the Houston location. Tonya provided me with excellent customer service and was very accommodating. Betiana NP, was also super sweet, competent and knowledgeable about what I was getting. Excellent bedside manners. Will be back. Already booked my next appointment with them. Also appreciated that I was in and out. No wait time.

Flexible, professional, competitive a rare find for a medical related business. I'm a new low T customer from 1/7/19 and can't find one item falling below my expectations. Blood test one day, prescription the next, everything fully explained and transparent.

They’re always thorough, and are focused on getting your hormones to optimum levels, not just “normal”. As a client for several years now, they’ve always gone above and beyond to make HRT as easy and affordable as possible for those like myself that can’t function without it. I drive in from Spring specifically to come to this location. Great staff!

Pleasantly surprised at how cool and laid back the staff was. Front desk and back office medical assistants were really friendly. The doctor was easy to talk to and friendly as well . She made me feel really comfortable. Office is very neat and clean. You go in and out for shots really quickly...quick enough even if you're on your lunchbreak!

I took my wife and kids here for an immigration medical exam. We were all treated very good and the staff is great. They were all patient with my 7 and 6 year old. Everything ran smooth and efficient and we weren’t stuck waiting for a long time. Overall a great experience.

I've been coming Z Medical clinic for 9 years plus I've never seen so many professional people in one place of business thank you . What bothers me is when I get a practitioner that knows who I am and my needs they leave I understand everybody has to explore all of their potentials thank you. I am in a highly stressful work environment I'm a general manager at a restaurant same-restaurant for 36 years your practitioners have the best bedside manners I've ever seen
